Event Description
Get ready for an evening adventure! Grab a flashlight and warm clothes, and join us as we explore the breeding grounds of Missouri’s spotted salamanders. From central newts to hellbenders, discover the fascinating habits and habitats of these unique amphibians and learn what makes each species special. Warm drinks will be available, so don’t forget to bring your own mug!
Things to Know & Required:
Bring a flashlight and warm clothing.
Please bring your own mug for warm drinks.
Be prepared for field conditions (mud, uneven terrain, possible rain).
Sturdy shoes recommended for hiking and exploring.
