A 3-Hour Horseback & Nature Experience

Do we have an exciting adventure for you! Reining Trails and Earth’s Classroom are partnering up to give an educational experience like no other in our area. We will take you on a 3-hour educational journey, learning everything from horse behavior and riding to learning about the wild critters and plants we come across associated with the season. Reining Trails’ 1,500-acre property offers an authentic Ozark experience. Earth’s Classroom’s professional outdoor educator can share the bizarre plant and animal life that dwell within this Ozark landscape. So, get your jeans on and saddle up with us!

Things to Know & Required:

• Close-toed shoes only (no Crocs) and long pants required

• All guests under 18 are asked to wear helmets

• 230-pound weight limit

• Waivers must be signed upon arrival

Multiple Dates: Saturdays — December 6, 2025 • February 28, 2026 • April 4, 2026 • May 2, 2026

Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (1:00 – 4:00 PM backup for bad weather)

Ages: 8 & up (adult must accompany child)

Limit: 4–7 participants

Cost: 

• Members - $147

• Nonmembers - $157

• Free slots for Gasconade County R-2 families (OES, GES, OMS) with $50 deposit per participant, fully reimbursed on the program date. Cash, check, or Venmo accepted.

Registration & Refund Policy:

• Non-refundable without at least a three-day notice before the program date

• All programs will be fully refunded if the weather is inclement

• Note for EXCEL families: deposit fully reimbursed on program date
