6th–8th Graders Only (2026–2027 school year)
3-DAY, 2-NIGHT ECOLOGY CANOE TRIPS for the SUMMER OF 2026!
Are you ready for an educational adventure like no other in our area? While living from canoes, allow Earth's Classroom's instructors to immerse you in the Ozark Rivers. Swim, play, learn the art of canoeing, and discover the unique ecology!
Trips include:
A 2-hour canoe paddling and river safety course by an ACA L4 canoe instructor and MO state whitewater champions
In-depth education on ecology and cultural history of the Meramec Watershed
Canoes, paddles, PFDs, tents, tarps, snorkel masks, aquariums, nets, and group cooking gear
7 delicious meals which include organic foods, snacks, and drinks for the whole trip! (dietary needs provided)
Things to Know & Required:
Mandatory Zoom meeting for participants: Saturday, June 20th at 9 am-10:15 am
Logistics packet will be emailed to you after payment is received.
